- Do I have to run the race with a face mask on?

No. Face masks are only obligatory before and after the race. Once the race is under way, runners will have to keep their face masks with them until they reach the finish line, where they will be able to dispose of them and get new ones. Under no circumstances should face masks be thrown on the ground.

- How soon should I be at the start line before my starting group sets off?

At least 30 minutes before.

- What if I forget my chip on the day of the race?

As long as you’re registered and you wear your number bib you’ll be able to take part, but you won’t obtain a finishing time. It will not be possible to get a chip on the day of the race.

- What if I can’t go and pick up my chip on the day and timeslot I chose?

Somebody from your household or ‘bubble’ group can pick it up. They must take the registration receipt and your national identity card (DNI) or a photocopy of it to do this.  Documents can be presented in digital format on mobile phones.

- What if I don’t pick up my number bib and runner's bag?

You won’t be able to take part. The number bib is essential for access to the race area.

- Will the registration fee be refunded if the race is suspended for health reasons?

If the race is completely suspended due to health reasons or force majeure causes, the solidarity contribution will not be refunded under any circumstances and will go to the Marató de TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio. Only the 10-euro registration fee will be refunded.
