Reach out to inna.deporte@gmail.com if you want to use the free shuttle bus from the AC HOTEL BARCELONA FORUM Passeig Taulat 278 in Barcelona, to go to the start line (it will only take 8 minutes) if you can't go directly to the start.

- Pick Up: Avenida Icaria, between C/Arquitecto Sert and c. Rosa Sensat. In front of CEM Nova Icaria.

- Drop off: C/ Selva de Mar, in front of Ramon Calsina square, same location as the 10k.

Race Start Time:
16.00h Male Category (Men only).

16.25h Female Category (Only for women). Homologated, part of the international calendar of the WA.

The use of a timing chip is mandatory and you will receive it along with your bib number. The bibs will be handed at the Novaicaria gym, right next to the start line from 1h 30 minutes before the start, up until 30 minutes before the race start.

The 5km finish line is located 600 meters away from the hotel.

You will be able to enjoy the start of the 10km popular race with 11.000 runners at 17.15hwhich departs from the arrival point of the 5km.

We will have a Catalan, National, European and World Record poster board in case you beat a record.

The course is mainly flat, with only 6 turns. The start and finish line  are located at different points, which is properly signposted and marked every 500 meters. The 5km world records of Aregawi with 12'49 and Taye with 14'19 were beaten on this same course. It is recommended to start easy and finish strong.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female in the Awards Area at 18.00h, located at the Finish Line Area.

There will be pacers provided by the organization at different paces, toilets in the CEM Nova Icaria gym, and mobile wardrobe  (you will drop off your backpack close to the start line and we will carry it to the finish line, where you will pick it up).

The start and finish line are 2km apart in a straight line!

5K CIRCUIT RIDE

START: Avinguda Icària, between c. Architect Sert and c. Rosa Sensat In front of the Nova Icària gym.
FINISH LINE: Street  Selva de Mar, in front of Plaça Ramon Calsina, at the same point as the 10km.


START: Avinguda d'Icaria. Avinguda d'Icària, Street de la Marina, Street de Llull, Street de la Llacuna, Avinguda Diagonal (sea side), Street de Llull (opposite direction), Street de Selva de Mar. FINISH LINE: Street de Selva de Mar.
